Changing Your SSO Password

Note: Changing your SSO password will change your Blackboard password, your GPTC student email password, BannerWeb password and your Network (computer lab access) password at the same time. 

You may change your password inside of your GPTC email by clicking on your name. Click Settings and then click Password.

You may also use the Forgot Password located under the login for your GPTC email if you cannot access your GPTC email.

If you still need assistance to change your GPTC SSO password, contact StudentSupport at 404.297.9522 x5399 or email them at studentsupport@gptc.edu during their Operating Business Hours. If after hours, please leave them a message and they will get back with you during Operating Business Hours.
