Record your password in a safe, memorable place and provide your Password Recovery information.
Get the Outlook and Blackboard apps from the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Microsoft Store.
It may be an email issue. Try logging into your SCTC email, first. You may have to reset your email password to get all the apps synced again.
