  • IDENTIFY IF YOU ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE A PRELIMINARY TEST​​
    • only SOME Contests require a preliminary test. (Test questions will relate to your contest industry).

  • IF YOU ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE A PRELIMINARY TEST, ask your advisor to see your National Technical Standards and review the Competencies and Standards

  • STUDY FOR YOUR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TEST:
    • ALL* SkillsUSA GAPS competitors are required to take the 2024 SkillsUSA Professional Development Test
      • Professional Development Test Study Guide is located on the tab above (PD TEST STUDY GUIDE)
      • *Action Skills, Community Action Project and Employment Application Process ARE NOT required to take the Professional Development Test.  

 

3. ALL COMPETITORS*:

  • CONTACT YOUR PROCTOR - click on the PROCTORS tab above to locate your proctor contact information
  • MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO TAKE YOUR TEST(S) as soon as possible during the testing window
  • *Action Skills, Community Action Project and Employment Application Process ARE NOT required to contact a proctor.
