Do you want to QUICKLY get logged in to Blackboard?
Before submitting a helpdesk ticket, try this:
- Read the Technology Access Document and watch the Video on the STC mySTC page or on the Blackboard Login page.
- STC Prefers the browsers of Chrome or Firefox. DO NOT SAVE OR BOOKMARK YOUR WEBSITES, USERNAMES OR PASSWORDS.
- Courses do not display until the first day of class. Ensure the your course is not a mini-mester course and will start at a later date.
- If you late registered for classes, it may take up to 24 hours before you can access your Blackboard classes
- Go into your student email on the mystc page. Setup your security questions and change your password. Password requires 8 characters with an uppercase, lowercase, number, special character, and does not contain an actual word within the password.
- Clear your browser’s cache history. Be sure to select the option to clear EVERYTHING/ALL TIME. Close and reopen.
- Log into Blackboard using the new email password.
- Ninety percent (90%) of the time, login problems are corrected when these directions are followed.
- If this does not correct your login problem, Run the below browser check to retrieve your information and complete the information below. Submit the request.
