All Management of Food Services Operations, HR, and Nutrition classes require the following:
Microsoft Office 365. As a currently enrolled Wiregrass student, you have free access to Microsoft Office 365.
Additional in-field lab hours are required to be completed during specified days.
Lab sites may require criminal background checks, drug screening, TB skin test.
