One college coordinator per college/university will register their students and advisors. The college coordinator will receive a unique login and password to access the registration page. The college coordinator may log back into the system to make any necessary changes. Please do not contact the hotel.

Registration Policies:

  • No additions or deletions after October 10, 2024
  • No refunds after October 10, 2024
  • No substitutions after October 31, 2024
  • College/universities must honor financial commitments
  • We understand that you may have various college campuses and multiple organizations on each campus with various accounts. To ensure that your college is credited for all payments correctly, if you are sending multiple checks, please try to mail them at the same time.

Conference Fees:

Friday night only Single Room (All conference features + 1 night hotel stay) $600 per person
Friday night only Double Room (All conference features + 1 night hotel stay) - 2 person shared room $500 per person
Friday night only Quad Room (All conference features + 1 night hotel stay) - 4 person shared room $450 per person
Thursday and Friday night Single Room - GAFLC Planning Committee or Advisor traveling with a State Officer (All conference features + 2 nights hotel stay and dinner on Thursday) $850 per person
Thursday and Friday night Double Room - GAFLC Planning Committee or Advisor traveling with a State Officer (All conference features + 2 nights hotel stay and dinner on Thursday) - 2 person shared room $700 per person

PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER STATE OFFICERS. WE WILL REGISTER THEM.

Parking is $12 per vehicle per night

Vans over 7'-0" in height and Buses: $12 per night; parking location TBD

Registration Disclaimer: If you are within a 50 mile radius of the conference location, you may email aodell@tcsg.edu for conference options without hotel. Please know that if we do not meet our housing requirement, this offer will be rescinded and you will be asked to fill rooms.
